‘Death at La Fenice’ is the 1st book in Donna Leon’s detective series set in Venice. Director Eoin O’Callaghan uses the ‘PAVANE in Burnt Orange’ track from the ‘Oculus’ Album’s The Renaissance Suite as the main theme. Together with newly written additional piano underscore by Julie Cooper to create the soundtrack for the two-episode production. Part 1 was broadcast on August 4th, part 2 on August 11th 2024.
